Cancellation Policy
Our company offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, followed by a reminder email 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, which must be replied to in order to confirm attendance; if no confirmation is received, the appointment will be considered cancelled and we will not attend. Any time beyond the initial 30 minutes will be billed in 15-minute increments at our standard consultation rate, which will be communicated in advance. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled meeting time, and cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.
